Returns Policy

Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Hurricane shutters and panels are manufactured to the measurements you provide. Custom orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned, or refunded. This includes storm panels cut to size, accordion, astroguard, Bahama, Colonial, and roll-down shutters, and any product made or cut to your specifications. Please confirm your measurements before ordering.
Stock Hardware and Accessories
Stock hardware and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, uncut, undrilled, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Email info@hurricaneshutterswholesale.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization cannot be processed.
- A 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.
- Shipping charges, outbound and return, are not refundable. You are responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the returned items arriving and being inspected.
Returns are accepted for any reason within this window, including change of mind, subject to the conditions above.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We pay return shipping and the restocking fee is waived. At our option we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Freight damage is handled as a shipping claim, not a return.
- Note the specific damaged items on the delivery receipt, photograph them, and accept the entire delivery — do not refuse it. Refusing a delivery can void the claim.
- Report damages and shortages to info@hurricaneshutterswholesale.com with photographs within 24 hours of delivery.
- Shipping protection is available only on orders up to $5,000. See our Purchase Protection page.
Warranty
Hurricane Shutters Wholesale is a distributor and does not provide its own product warranty. Products are covered, if at all, by the warranty of the manufacturer, who determines whether a claim is accepted and what remedy is provided. We will assist you in filing a manufacturer claim.
