This Free Shipping offer applies only to purchases of storm panels, headers/tracks and hardware deliveries in the above states only. Additionally, this offer only applies to items less than 120". If you have any headers/tracks in your cart 120" or longer you can use the comment box (or email us immediately after you order and prior to us shipping your order) to request these items be cut in half to qualify for free shipping. If no request is made, we will not cut the headers/tracks in half and the shipping charge will remain in place. Call us for details or questions.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be packaged by HSW to allow them to be individually removed piece by piece off the truck by one or two people. No liftgate will be required or provided by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. You must have adequate personnel to fully unload your complete order by hand off the delivery truck without the need of a liftgate. Shipping companies charge an extra fee for liftgate delivery and this fee must be passed on to the customer. If you choose to request a liftgate at the time of delivery, you must notify us prior to ordering so that an additional shipping charge can be added to your order or you must pay the shipping company any additional fees they charge.
Large orders are banded and placed in bundles for shipping. Orders will usually be bundled in small enough bundles so that one or two persons can lift and carry each bundle individually.
Small orders will usually be shipped via Fedex, UPS, or USPS.
All orders must be inspected upon delivery. Damages and Shortages must be noted on the freight bill. If you have any problems upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
All orders are shipped from West Palm Beach, Florida.

Pick-Up Orders
Pick-up Orders are to be picked up in West Palm Beach, Florida. Customers are responsible for arriving with a vehicle and persons large enough to remove and carry their order.
